SHEIN Named by Ad Age as one of America’s Hottest Brands of 2022

When asked about how the brand’s disposable fashion roots align with a retail movement toward more eco-friendly practices, a spokesman said that Shein is trying to give back to the planet. “Our small batch production model, which has been the foundation of our supply chain for over a decade, is a transformative approach that reduces overall production and inventory waste,” he said, noting that the brand has been rolling out programs to combat “textile waste.”
