This December, SHEIN is delivering supplies and support to those impacted by Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton in an effort to make their holiday seasons a little bit brighter.
Last week, members of the SHEIN team were on the ground in Chimney Rock, North Carolina to distribute necessities and other items to those in the area experiencing the devastating impacts of the storms as part of a holiday shopping event hosted by CityServe. Onsite, SHEIN employees gave away thousands of pieces of clothing donated by the company to hundreds of local families in attendance.
“The generosity of the SHEIN team has truly been a sight to behold across the board,” said Todd Lamphere, senior vice president at CityServe. “From providing tangible material goods to help the community recover, to financial resources, to the volunteer ‘sweat equity’ of SHEIN team members on the scene, they are making a huge difference in the lives of those who’ve lost so much.”

In addition to donating supplies, SHEIN is making monetary contributions to CityServe, Samaritan’s Purse, and Operation BBQ Relief, three organizations committed to providing ongoing assistance in affected communities.
“Samaritan’s Purse is deeply grateful for the generous donation from SHEIN, which will go toward our efforts to help families suffering in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene,” said Franklin Graham, president and CEO of Samaritan’s Purse. “We are continuing to assist families who are walking into the Christmas season with heavy hearts and uncertain futures. This donation—along with the ongoing prayers and support of people across the nation—will help us remind these families that they are not alone.”
SHEIN has been serving customers in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida since 2015.
