At SHEIN, we create a culture for talent to reach their full potential. We celebrate the individuality of our team members and work to build a safe and inclusive working environment where careers can thrive.
wellbeing and Inclusion
We are committed to creating a more inclusive business and a work culture in which people can achieve their full potential. We are continuing to develop our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) programs. Read our full DEI Commitment here.
SHEIN takes the health and well-being of employees seriously. Everyone should feel safe at work. That’s why SHEIN has in place robust training requirements and policies that govern our approach to anti-harassment, discrimination and work-related health and safety. “In one word, SHEIN’s team is diverse. The reason is that diversity within the team brings together individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and educational backgrounds, which enhances the team’s ability to approach challenges from different angles. This visibility also promotes a culture of inclusion where everyone’s voice is valued and respected.”

Empowering External Talent
SHEIN X Designer Incubator Program
“Working with SHEIN has been such a blessing in many ways. I’ve been given the opportunity to share my vision and my work with customers on a global scale. As a luxury design brand, many of my independent works are too expensive for the everyday consumer. Through the SHEIN X program, I’ve been able to share my work and my brand with so many more people. My followers and fanbase have grown tremendously.”
Kaori Semaj, SHEIN X Designer
SHEIN empowers emerging designers to build their own successful brands.
Designers are offered classes, mentorships and tools such as SHEIN’s real-time insights that help them respond to consumer demands. The SHEIN X Designer Incubator Program also fronts production costs, which allows designers to produce and launch their own fashion collections without undertaking financial risk or burden.
SHEIN has committed US$105 Million towards the SHEIN X Designer Incubator Program up till 2028, to empower emerging designers to build their own successful brands. Since launching in January 2021, the SHEIN X Designer Incubator Program has grown from only seven to more than 4,600 designers and artists from around the world, with over 41,000 original creations.
